Return services may be delayed as a result of COVID-19 safety measures.


The returns procedure If you wish to return a product, please contact our customer support via email.

Step 1: You can get in touch with our servive team. We will provide you with the return address. Our e-mail address is info@daughterious.shop.

Step 2: You should return the goods to the address we provide and inform us of the tracking number.

Step 3: We receive the product and inspect it.

Step 4: Check if the product has been returned as requested. I’ll give you a refund. 


We accept the return of items up to 35 days from the item’s arrival to the customer.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE RETURN POLICY :

  Return Policy: You can ask us for a refund or an exchange if:

  1. Wrong item sent to you;

  2. The item has quality problem;

  3. You are not feel well with the item.

If you want to return an item, then it must be return within 35 days of receipt and in the same condition it was receive.

You must contact us before return any items back. Any item return without pre-notice will be reject,and the item must be in its original condition and packaging to be accepted.We will refund fully, undamaged products in their original packaging.

We want you to feel like every item is the perfect match for your home. If it’s not the right fit, we’ll help you get it sorted and have you on your way.

There are a few items that can’t be returned:

· Items you have already assembled

· Items marked “Non-Returnable” on the sale page

· Open Box Items

Any outbound shipping charges collected on the order will not be refunded. This includes:

· Upgraded shipping charges (expedited, express, room of choice, etc.)

However, if your item is damaged or defective, these exceptions do not apply. In this case, we’ll take care of it and work with you to find the best solution.And we provide free exchange service.

RETURN SHIPPING FEE:

REFUND OPTIONS

Your payment will be refunded according to the original payment method.

After receive and check the returned item, we will send you an email informing you that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you to approve or reject the refund.

If the refund is approved, your refund will be processed and the credit limit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within few days.  

All refunds will be credited to the original payment method. The time of refund is usually within 7 to 14 business days after we receive the returned items. Please contact your bank to find out when the refund will be returned to your account. Due to the difference between Banks, it may take up to a few weeks for the credit to be returned to your account.

EXCHANGES

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different color, different size, or different product altogether, we are happy to help you with that! The process is similar to a return, and all the same policies listed in our Return Policy apply. There are two ways to exchange an item, depending upon your preference.

· Before the return: To receive the new item sooner, you can go ahead and place an order for the new item before you return the old item. Your payment will be refunded according to the original payment method.

· After the return: Follow the same steps as a regular return. Once you receive your refund, use your paypal to place a new order.

Return shipping costs still apply for all exchanges.

REPLACEMENT

If the received product has manufacturing defects, the buyer has the right to ask for refund or replacement within 35 days after receiving the item. Buyers may be asked to provide picture evidence of a manufacturing defect by contacting info@daughterious.shop.

Please don’t send it back to the original address or mailing address. We will provide the mailing address for return after submitting the return application by email.
